If you are not 100% satisfied with your purchase, Pickleball Superstore will accept the return or exchange of any product purchased from our company within 14 days after you receive your order. All equipment must be in brand new condition and in the original packaging. We cannot accept equipment that has been used or is no longer in the original packaging.

A Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) form is required for all returns. We can not issue a refund unless your return is accompanied by a RMA form. Should you wish to return your product for a refund or exchange, please contact us at info@pickleballsuperstore.com.au.

For returns or exchanges, the customer is responsible for all shipping charges. If you are shipping items back to us, please use a trackable shipping service, and keep any receipts received via email or post.

For any items that are faulty or damaged upon receipt, Pickleball Superstore will refund or exchange the order at no expense to the buyer.
