Do you have a physical store?

No, we are strictly an online retailer, which allows us to operate without the typical overhead of a physical store such as leases/rent, large staff, etc. Because of this, we are able to offer our products at lower prices for our customers.

Is it safe to use my credit card online to place an order?

Yes, we use PayPal, a secure payment gateway which handles all our credit card orders for us. This provides protection for your personal information, giving you peace of mind when placing your order.

Can I request a Pickleball product not found on your website?

Absolutely! We are continuing to scout different Pickleball products to add to our inventory. If there is a particular product you have seen somewhere and are interested in, please contact us at info@pickleballsuperstore.com.au, and we will look into stocking the desired item.

What is your shipping policy?

Pickleball Superstore ships throughout Australia using Australia Post’s eParcel system. All orders are trackable online. FREE Standard Shipping applies to all orders over $250.00. Flat rate shipping of $9.90 applies to all orders under $250.00. Express shipping for $18.00 can be applied to all orders. Delivery times vary around Australia. Please allow 3-7 business days for standard shipping and 1-2 business days for express shipping.

Do you have a return policy?

Yes, Pickleball Superstore will accept the return or exchange of any product purchased from our company within 14 days after you receive your order. All equipment must be in brand new condition and in the original packaging. We cannot accept equipment that has been used or is no longer in the original packaging. For returns or exchanges, the customer is responsible for all shipping charges.
